The Evolution of Business Conflict Resolution in the USA and Canada

Startups should be able to flex their innovation skills to create lit products or services that have mad value to consumers, so startups gotta search for a dope business model. They got a sick business model, a lit product road map, a strong opinion about their partners and competitors, and some dope ideas. It doesn't matter if they do it on fleek and on point (op. cit. p. 20). Besides being all like "yasss, gaining mad value," it's also like, "omg, the uncertainty of these startups tho." Startup is, like, a business that's all about those big ambitions, ya know? Creating a startup is like a whole vibe of mad ambitions and hella uncertainties, ya know?

Starting up in Indonesia, fam.

OMG, rn startups in Indo are like totally blowing up! OMG, like there are so many lit startups popping up, with all the incubators and epic competitions going on, and guess what? Some of them have even scored major funding or been acquired! It's no surprise that investors are totally vibing with the startup scene in Indonesia. Indonesian startups form their squads to like, support, flex, and share information and vibes. The main goal of this activity is to flex our network by bringing together startup owners, wannabe entrepreneurs, developers, investors, peeps who just watch, students, schools, and the media to connect and collaborate. This chapter explains how we did the research, how we collected data, where we got our information, and how we analyzed it all. It also discusses the drawbacks and potential issues. Using a multi-case study approach, the thesis flexes on two cases to uncover the truth behind different claims about the theory of entrepreneurship in identifying opportunities as well as responses taken in the face of the difficulties of starting and running a business startup. Between late 2012 and June 2013, the whole data collecting process—including choosing target cases, data analysis, and case study reporting preparation—took place.

See your flex and vibe.

This research is mostly about the attitudes of entrepreneurial activity and how they handle the difficulties of launching a company, you know? You know how crucial it is to find out if the research plan is reliable and respectable. Alright, thus these four factors should be taken into account while evaluating research design. Construct validity guarantees, first, that the study gauges what it is intended to. Internal validity then is like deciding whether the variables under examination truly influence the results of the study. External validity comes next and dictates the degree to which the results of the study might be generalized to other circumstances. Last but not least, there is dependability—that is, consistency of the results of the study. To delve further, see Yin 2009, p. 40–45, fam. Construct validity is the creation of a chain of evidence from both primary and secondary data leading to research conclusions. You know, it's right. The process is about businesspeople doing their thing and handling problems, you know? And, for instance, do you get what I mean when you relate with the goal of this research and decide which actions line with the literature? Internal integrity: This approach of research is rather clarative. It's all about how exactly one condition totally leads to another, like really. As I said before, the explanatory building approach was applied in this analysis. This paper aims to clarify the causal link between entrepreneurial activities taken by entrepreneurs in spotting prospects and how they handle the difficulties of running a company startup. Two published case studies illustrating various entrepreneurial approaches for identifying opportunities and handling business challenges were selected for this paper. While the other entrepreneur is woke AF in the face of an opportunity availability, the one case shows an entrepreneur who is, like, totally vibing as an innovator in the face of an unavailability of opportunity.

Using case studies, this study shows replication logic—external validity.

The results of the study are quite relevant to any startup, by definition. But, do you understand that every entrepreneurial action in identifying prospects and handling obstacles is done differently? Nonetheless, regardless of its level of development, any startup can benefit from the outcomes of handling such circumstances. Furthermore providing a strong basis for the analysis of the results is using two cases as research objects: wanting to know the attitudes of opinion regarding the theory of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial action in recognizing opportunities. You know, authors are trying to combine case results with literary findings and perform studies that offer a more whole picture of theories and practices that can be applied in general. Relative dependability: Two cases are used in the research following the case study technique to gather information. The author will investigate the issues ahead of time by reading the theory and practice of related topics in textbooks, case studies, journals, news, and other sources, so lowering research biases. Investigating companies that lowkey support object research is also quite vital, ya know? Research on the link between entrepreneurial activity and business challenges mostly depends on planning, preparing, and assessing the data collecting approach.
